1) Strategy, Sales & Distribution, B2B Marketing & Product Management, Operations & Customer Service. Large Deal Management and Large Program Delivery. Has developed the Dealer Channel in AP and for RPG Cellular in Chennai from Scratch. Many of these relationships continue till date. Was one of the Pioneers to introduce channel partners into Collections and Customer Retention. These efforts have resulted in a strong domestic business across Industry in collections, customer service and retention for many players.
2) Domain: IT and Telecom Industries with over 2 Decades of Experience overall , extensive experience in both Indian and Global Markets.
3) Next Generation Concepts such as Non Linear Models in IT incl usage of Channel Partners for Sourcing and Delivery of IT services , Mobility, Total Outsourcing, VAS in Telecom.
Consulting: In addition to his teaching assignments Suri consults with several large corporate, two start-ups one in the Emerging Electric Vehicle space. Studied their Sales and Distribution system and recast exiting from own Branded Stores in rural markets. Continue to work with them on Sales Team Management, Process Streamlining, and coaching to CEO (NRI) on Indian Market, Branding and Sales Processes. This company has recently secured venture funding.
He has also consulted with a Fortune 50 company for over 6 months in operationalizing a transformation strategy through description of organization structures, job descriptions, roles and responsibilities of different functions and divisions. Also recommended the initiatives for competitive differentiation. These have been implemented over the last 12 months with better than anticipated results.
