The Registration Fee:

The deadline to register for the conference is November 15, 2025.

The registration fee for the event covers attendance, program kit, lunches, conference dinner, and light refreshments. Accommodation is not included.

In case of cancellation of registration up to 15 working days before the event, a refund of the registration fee net of 10% processing charges shall be made. No refunds can be made for cancellations less than 15 working days before the event. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.

To ensure a comfortable stay in Visakhapatnam, IIM Visakhapatnam has tie-ups with a few hotels. If you confirm your accommodation preferences through this form by October 30, IIM Visakhapatnam will book the rooms on your behalf at corporate rates.

Please note that:

• The payment for your stay can be made directly at the hotel.
• IIM Visakhapatnam will not bear any accommodation expenses and will not be responsible for any transactions between you and the hotel.

The Institute will arrange bus transportation between these hotels and IIM Visakhapatnam in the mornings and evenings on all three days of the conference.

Participants registering after October 30 will need to make their own accommodation arrangements. As December is a peak tourist season in Visakhapatnam, we encourage you to book early to ensure availability.
