      Vaktavya - Leadership Talks 2.0

       IIM V organized ‘Vaktavya’ – a series of leadership talks to offer its students a platform to listen to and
       interact with experts and the best minds from the industry. A total of nine episodes of this series were
       hosted between May and August 2021.






















       In the first episode on 18 July, Mr. Priyank Ahuja, ISB alumnus, Product Manager, Accenture, delivered a
       talk on the topic ‘All about Product Management’. This episode was organized by Novus - the Product
       Management Club of IIM Visakhapatnam. In the second episode on 25 July, Mr. Amit Kumar Agarwal, an
       alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, who is the CEO & Founder of NoBroker.com - India's (and the World's) largest
       C2C Real Estate platform that strives to eliminate brokers and other middlemen from property-related
       transactions delivered an engaging talk on the topic ‘Raising Capital’.Mr. Hrushikesh Kulkarni, Vice

       President (Customer Experience), IDFC Bank, caught the attention of students with an engaging talk on
       ‘Discussing Analytics & Storytelling’ in the third episode on 1 August. He is a customer success expert
       with over 17 years of experience.






















       IIM V hosted Mr. Pankaj Rai, Senior Vice President Strategy, Wells Fargo, for the fourth episode of the
       Leadership Talks 2.0. He delivered an interesting talk on ‘Making a right choice in Strategy Domain’
       where he spoke about 5C’s Curiosity, Compassion, Conviction, Creativity, Communication. Mr. Ranjan Dhar,
       an alumnus of ISB Hyderabad, Chief Marketing Officer at Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India delivered a talk

       on ‘Behavioral Segmentation Concerning Current Pandemic’ in the fifth episode of Vaktavya. Both these
       episodes were organized on 7 August.
