IIM Visakhapatnam launches online Executive Certificate Program in Advanced Leadership and Change Management Batch-03
IIM Visakhapatnam proudly announces the launch of its online Executive Certificate Program in Advanced Leadership and Change Management 3rd batch, a six-month course designed to enhance leadership management skills and cultivate change management capabilities. With participation from 60 individuals representing various sectors across industries, the program aims to provide professionals with the tools and insights needed to navigate the complexities of modern leadership.
Professor Anupama Sharma, the Program Director, provided an overview of the curriculum, highlighting the importance of continuous skill enhancement to adapt to evolving leadership paradigms.
Chief guest, Professor M. Chandrasekhar, the Director of IIM Visakhapatnam, emphasized the significance of effective leadership and change management in overcoming organizational challenges. He stressed the crucial role of leaders in ensuring the desired outcomes of change. He noted that while change can be intimidating, stagnation is even more detrimental. He further emphasized the value of embracing change with a positive mindset.
Prof. Chandreie Mukherjee, the Program Co-Director, expressed gratitude to the chief guest and participants for their engagement. She summarized the program and sought continued participation and support from all the stakeholders for running the program.
