IIM Visakhapatnam Inaugurates Global Senior Leadership Program Batch-03
IIM Visakhapatnam marked the commencement of the Global Senior Leadership Program (Batch 03), welcoming experienced professionals dedicated to sharpening their strategic capabilities and driving meaningful organizational impact.
Spanning twelve months, the program is led by Program Directors Prof. Pooja Kumari and Prof. Aalok Kumar. The curriculum integrates ten core modules along with electives, encompassing strategic management, leadership, advanced analytics, and operations and supply chain management.
The Chief Guest, Shri Venkat N. Chalasani, Chief Executive Officer, Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), drew upon his extensive professional experience to emphasize the critical role of trust and transparency, adaptability and curiosity, and the need to balance change with employee engagement and collaboration. He also highlighted that leadership is both a privilege and a profound responsibility.
Designed to prepare participants to manage complexity, stimulate innovation, and accelerate professional growth, the program also features a three-day global immersion in Dubai, offering valuable international perspective.
