Nurturing Fututre Leadership Program Under the aegis of Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Program Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India
In his address welcoming the participants as the chief guest at the inauguration of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Program (MMTTP), Nurturing Future Leadership, our Director, Prof. M. Chandrasekhar, articulated seven key pillars:
- Student excellence as the raison d’être, the very reason for our existence.
- Meaningful research with demonstrable quality and impact.
- Industry relevance to bridge the gap between academic instruction and practical application.
- An entrepreneurial spirit coupled with cultural vibrancy.
- A triple bottom line approach, creating social value alongside economic and environmental objectives.
- Internal revenue generation to ensure institutional sustainability.
- Adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance.
This initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India brings together 33 distinguished participants from 24 premier educational institutions across the country.
Program Director Prof. Mohammad Shameem Jawed and Co-Director Prof. M. V. Anuradha extended a warm welcome, encouraging active engagement, exchange of diverse perspectives, and collaborative learning throughout the program.
We look forward to an enriching five-day journey of dialogue, discovery, and leadership development in the sphere of higher education.
