Celebrating the Valedictory of the Senior Management Program Batch 2A
An enriching one-year journey culminated in the campus immersion and Valedictory Ceremony of the Senior Management Program Batch 2A at IIM Visakhapatnam.
Participants described the program as “transformative, career-redefining, and a true extension of their professional journey.”
Over the past year, the cohort with an average of 20 years of experience completed twelve modules covering all key areas of management, from leadership and finance to AI and strategy.
In his valedictory address, Prof. M. Chandrasekhar, Director of IIM Visakhapatnam, congratulated the participants and emphasized the importance of lifelong learning. He highlighted that leadership is about effectively managing both resources and relationships and practicing the values of LEAD which stand for listening, enabling and encouraging teams, being assertive, and being decisive.
The ceremony also featured the recognition of the best capstone projects and the unveiling of casebook developed by the cohort.
The participants expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Program Directors Prof. Amit Shankar and Prof. Srinivas Josyula, as well as the faculty team including Prof. Sushil Kumar, for their guidance and mentorship throughout the program.
With over 560 participants empowered through the Senior Management Program so far, we wish our Batch 2A graduates’ new beginnings, stronger leadership, and continued success.
