IIMV Inaugurated Senior Management Program – Batch 05
The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, in collaboration with Accredian, has inaugurated the Senior Management Program – Batch 05, a comprehensive initiative designed to empower seasoned leaders to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.
Launched on 10 August 2025, the program spans 12 modules over the course of a year, delivered via an interactive online platform, complemented by a three-day campus immersion to foster peer learning and knowledge exchange. Participants bring an average of nearly 20 years of work experience, adding exceptional depth and diversity to the discussions.
Program Director Prof. Sushil Kumar emphasized the importance of continuous learning, strategic decision-making, and design thinking, highlighting the need to stay updated in today’s ever-evolving business landscape.
Chief Guest Ms. Nishath Moheb Usmani, Head of Talent Development & Strategic Initiatives at Larsen & Toubro, inspired participants with insights on building the future through resilience, empathy, a growth mindset, and adaptability.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Program Co-Director Prof. Amit Shankar, who expressed gratitude to all stakeholders and wished the batch a year of impactful learning and leadership growth.
