Manthan is the HR Club of Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, dedicated to enriching the domain knowledge and industry connect in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). The club's primary objective is to continually develop and enhance the HR knowledge of the students by providing a platform for knowledge sharing and connecting with the industry. Our tagline 'समदृष्टि: सर्भव ूतेषु’ (Samadrishti Sarvabhuteshu), which means 'Having an equal vision towards all beings', reflects our commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and respect for all. Manthan organizes a range of activities throughout the year, including HRidaya - an annual HR Conclave, case competitions, guest lectures, and quizzes – creating awareness and imparting knowledge related to various aspects of HRM, industry trends, recent issues, and developments. At Manthan, we recognize the importance of practical application in reinforcing theoretical knowledge.
