Dr. Chandreie Mukherjee is an Assistant Professor of Management Communication at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, with over eight years of experience spanning higher education, executive training, and leadership development. Since joining IIM Visakhapatnam in 2019, she has designed and delivered communication courses across MBA, EMBA, PhD, and executive education programmes, with a strong focus on managerial communication, leadership discourse, strategic storytelling, business writing, and communication in the digital age. 

She holds a PhD in English from Pondicherry University and is a University Gold Medalist in English and Comparative Literature. Her academic work is rooted in an interdisciplinary approach that bridges the humanities and management education, integrating insights from communication studies, media analysis, leadership research, and pedagogy. 

Dr. Mukherjee has worked extensively with senior executives, scientists, public-sector leaders, and multinational organizations through management development programmes, faculty development initiatives, and leadership workshops. Her research and publications engage with contemporary issues in communication, education, media, and technology.
