During the Programme, the Ministry/Department/Organization concerned where the nominee is posted, will need to meet the cost of:

1. Pay and allowances;
2. Domestic travel (as per his/her eligibility) from place of posting to Visakhapatnam and back [as per the schedule (to be) prescribed by IIMV], including for presentation of the Capstone Project;
   
3. Travel, board and lodging (as per his/her eligibility) towards field visit for collection of data/information (if any) during the Capstone Project;
   
4. Per-diem allowances (as per eligibility); and,
   
5. Such other allowances/expenditure as may be permissible to the nominee.
