I feel blessed as my research journey for the Doctoral Programme in Management has been commenced on 26th June 2023 at IIM Visakhapatnam. Being a UGC Research Fellowship Scholar, I am getting all the desired assistance, support, and guidance from the stakeholders of the institute. Here at IIM V, all the professors are providing the best learning opportunities for enriching our research and teaching careers. Presently, rigorous training in research has been started for us at IIM V and we are expected to have high-quality publications in the future.

Awards	Qualified for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in UGC-NET on 5th November 2022. Qualified the UGC-NET 3 Times for eligibility for Assistant Professor on 30th November 2020, 19th February 2022, and 5th November 2022 respectively. Received the University “Gold Medal” on 16th Nov.2019 for the best academic performance in MBA.
