Has worked for The Akshaya Patra Foundation Hubballi, handling Continuous Improvement programs, is experienced in implementing 5S quality standards, and has executed several six sigma green belt projects and a six sigma black belt project. Worked as Operations manager for KLETECH-CTIE, A technology Incubator and he has also worked as Assistant Manager Process Excellence at The Akshaya Patra Foundation Corporate office Bangalore and has carried out optimization Projects.

My passion for academic research, especially in the field of Management, stems from my interest in Organizational Behaviour. I have always been fascinated by the interplay of individual and group behavior in organizations and the impact of this on organizational outcomes. Throughout my academic journey, I have actively engaged in research methodologies such as surveys, questionnaires, and case studies for my undergraduate and post-graduate projects. My desire to deepen my understanding of OB and its applications has motivated me to pursue a Ph.D. in Management at IIM Vishakhapatnam.
As a Ph.D. student, I aim to engage in diverse responsibilities during my program to cultivate my academic rigor, independent thinking, and ethical mindset.
I am confident that with my passion for OB, eagerness to learn, and commitment to academic excellence, I will make a valuable contribution to the Ph.D. program at IIM Vishakhapatnam.
