Agility Building for Leadership Effectiveness (ABLE) Program – Bharat Electronics Limited
The program on “Agility Building for Leadership Effectiveness (ABLE)” is being conducted by IIM Visakhapatnam for officers of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) at the Nalanda Campus, Bangalore.
This five-day leadership development programme is designed to enhance agility, adaptability, and effectiveness among mid- to senior-level managers in BEL. The programme focuses on equipping participants with essential leadership competencies to navigate complex, dynamic, and technology-driven work environments.
The curriculum includes key topics such as essentials of leadership, influence and empowering teams, leadership communication, negotiations, leading organizational change, project risk management, and systemic thinking. It also explores themes like diversity and inclusion, achievement orientation, and fostering an innovation mindset for the VUCA world.
Led by experienced faculty through interactive workshops, participant presentations, and experiential learning, the program emphasizes real-world application of leadership principles. It aims to build a resilient leadership pipeline capable of driving performance and cultural transformation within the organization.
