Digital Transformation Strategy & Leadership

IIM Visakhapatnam concluded the PG Certificate Programme in Digital Transformation Strategy & Leadership, a one-year programme spanning 160 learning hours. The programme brought together professionals from India and abroad.
Led by Prof. Neena Pandey and Prof. Abhishek Srivastava, the programme focused on navigating digital disruption and leading technology-driven transformation. Participants learned about aspects of digital transformation, including technology, strategy, process reengineering, and leadership, through modules such as Enterprise Data Management, Foundations of AI/ML, Digital Product Management, IT Project Management, Information Security, and Digital Leadership.
The programme concluded with a two-day campus immersion at IIM Visakhapatnam, featuring capstone project presentations that enabled participants to apply their learning to real-world business challenges. Top-performing participants were also felicitated in recognition of their achievements during the programme.
