IIM Visakhapatnam Welcomes Batch 9 of the Senior Management Program

IIM Visakhapatnam welcomed the ninth batch of its Senior Management Program, bringing together experienced professionals to strengthen their strategic thinking, broaden their managerial perspectives, and prepare for evolving leadership challenges.
Led by Prof. Sushil Kumar and Prof. Amit Shankar, Program Directors, the programme helps senior executives build an integrated understanding of management functions and apply their learning to organisational decision-making. The new cohort brings an average of 20 years of professional experience.
Spanning 12 comprehensive modules, the curriculum covers strategic management, leadership, advanced analytics, operations, and supply chain management. It also addresses digital transformation, organisational design, change management, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
The programme combines business cases, interactive discussions, in-class activities, simulations, and a capstone project. These learning experiences connect management concepts with practical challenges, helping participants strengthen their skills in strategic planning and execution.
