Inauguration: Global Senior Leadership Program - Batch 04

The one-year Global Senior Leadership Program Batch 04 was recently inaugurated at IIM Visakhapatnam, bringing together senior leaders from diverse sectors with an average work experience of 20 years.
Prof. Aalok Kumar, Program Co-Director, welcomed the participants and shared the vision of the program. It offers a distinctive blend of 10 core modules along with specialization modules spanning Chief Executive Officer, Chief Business Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Technology Officer, which participants can elect based on their interests and career goals. Key highlight of the program is the 3-day global immersion experience.
Prof. Amit Shankar, Program Director, took the participants through the program structure and learning journey. He also expressed his gratitude for the invaluable support of Prof. M. Chandrasekhar, Director, IIM Visakhapatnam, and reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to impactful executive education. Gratitude was also extended to the participants for their trust and engagement.
