IOCL Saksham
The “Project Saksham: Leadership Development Programme” is being conducted by IIM Visakhapatnam for executives of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), spanning key domains such as operations, strategy, customer relations, innovation, and human resource development.
This six-day capacity-building programme is designed to strengthen leadership competencies among IOCL professionals. In today’s dynamic business environment, organizations need leaders who can inspire teams, manage change, drive innovation, and lead with clarity and emotional intelligence.
