Leadership Development Program | IKF Finance
IIM Visakhapatnam welcomed 15 senior leaders from IKF Finance for a three-day Leadership Development Program, designed to strengthen leadership capabilities through experiential learning, strategic thinking, and people-centric management.
The cohort comprises professionals in key leadership roles, including Chief Business Officers, National Sales Managers, National Credit Managers, Chief Risk Officers, Head-HR, National Operations Managers, and other senior executives. Led by Programme Directors Prof. Amit Shankar and Prof. Rambalak Yadav, it brings together expert faculty from IIM Visakhapatnam to deliver sessions on a wide range of contemporary leadership themes.
The programme commenced with an inaugural address by Prof. Raj Kumar Dubey, Professor of Practice, IIM Visakhapatnam, Former Chairman, Indraprastha Gas Limited, and Former Director (HR), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. In his address, he encouraged participants to remain curious, ask more questions, challenge assumptions, and embrace continuous learning. He emphasised that programmes like these are designed to inspire meaningful shifts in thinking, decision-making, and collaboration.
Across three days, participants will engage in sessions on conflict management, out-of-the-box thinking, stakeholder management, strategy execution, organisational alignment, digital transformation, governance, risk and compliance, self-awareness, team building, persuasion, and decision-making under uncertainty.
