NCCG - Digital Governance
The training programme on “Digital Governance” is being conducted by IIM Visakhapatnam under the aegis of the National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG), Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.
This five-day capacity-building programme aims to empower government officials and public sector professionals with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in digital governance. It is designed to support the Government of India's vision for a digitally enabled, citizen-centric administration.
The programme covers a broad spectrum of critical topics, including digital governance concepts and applications, the journey of e-governance in India, legal and institutional frameworks, data-driven policy design, business process reengineering, management of change, digital service delivery, information security, digital trust, e-procurement, project lifecycle management, contract management, design thinking, and emerging technologies.
Led by experienced faculty, the programme integrates case studies, group work, and interactive sessions to foster peer learning and applied understanding. It provides participants with actionable insights and tools to drive digital transformation initiatives effectively within their departments and institutions.
