  • Academic Profile (1–2 lines): Dr Aalok Kumar holds an MTech in Industrial Management with Gold Medal from IIT(BHU) Varanasi & PhD in Logistics Management from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India. His PhD work received the “Excellence in Doctoral Research Award” from IIT Roorkee. Additionally, he received Newton-Bhabha Fellowship from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom and Queen Elizabeth Visiting Fellowship at the University of Regina, Canada, as visiting PhD fellowship.  He worked as a circular economy course instructor at the University of Maribor Slovenia during 2020-21. He has also been visiting faculty at the Asian Institute of Technology Bangkok. His research interests include data-driven logistics operations, multimodal logistics planning, Smart freight mobility, SDG-driven operations and supply chain systems.
