Before joining IIM Visakhapatnam, She worked as Assistant Professor at BIT Mesra, Ranchi. She holds a PhD degree from University of Kashmir and an MA (HRM) from Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi. She has worked earlier as Assistant Professor in SRM University, Andhra Pradesh. Her research interests lie in the areas of workplace wellbeing, employee ambidexterity, and work-family dynamics.
