Before joining IIM Visakhapatnam, she worked as Assistant Professor at IMT Hyderabad. She holds a PhD from IIM Kozhikode and an M. Com from Mahatma Gandhi University. Her doctoral research topic is "Complexity Leadership in Emergent Changes: A collectivistic approach to Leading Emergence". Her research focuses on understanding emergent change, complexity leadership, and organizational networks.
