Before joining IIM Visakhapatnam, She worked as Assistant Professor at IIM Ranchi. She holds a PhD degree from IIT Delhi, PGDM from Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna. She worked earlier as Researcher with Bihar State Planning Board and NeML (NCDEX e Markets Ltd.), Mumbai as Management Trainee. Her research interests lie in the areas of Strategy Execution, Digital Transformation, Technology road mapping & Digital innovation.
