  • Academic Profile: Dr. Sunitha holds an M.A. (TESL) and a Ph.D. in English Language Education from EFLU, Hyderabad. At IIM Visakhapatnam, she teaches Management Communication I & II, Academic Writing, Advanced Communication for Leaders, Interpersonal Communication: Insights from Transactional Analysis, and Research & Publication Ethics courses. She has served as visiting faculty at IIM Ahmedabad, completed IIM Ahmedabad’s Faculty Development Program and Navgati’s TA-101. She is also a trainee therapist (psychotherapy) under supervision, She has served as a resource person for management and leadership development programs with HSL, BEL, HPCL, IOCL, and L&T.
