IIM Visakhapatnam Signs MoU with MANIT Bhopal, Expands PGPMCI Network to 23 Institutions
Visakhapatnam: The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, under its Post Graduate Program in Management for Centrally Funded Technical Institutions and Institutions of National Importance (PGPMCI). With this collaboration, MANIT Bhopal becomes the 23rd institution to join the initiative, further expanding its reach across India's premier technical institutions.
PGPMCI is an innovative management programme designed for engineering and technology students and recent graduates, enabling them to complement their technical expertise with competencies in management, leadership, entrepreneurship, and business decision-making.
The programme follows a flexible, modular structure combining live online learning, industry engagement, experiential pedagogy, and campus immersion. Participants can earn a Diploma in Management upon completing the first year, with the option to progress to a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the second year. The curriculum covers contemporary management disciplines and includes a capstone project focused on real-world business challenges.
Designed for eligible students and recent alumni of IITs, NITs, and IIITs, the programme offers a pathway to management education preparing participants for emerging techno-managerial roles.
