Unveiling the Operations Management Casebook
A proud milestone for the Operations community at Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam as PRAKRIYA- The Operations Club unveiled its Operations Management Casebook, a student-driven academic initiative reflecting rigorous research and collaborative effort.
The launch event featured an inspiring address by Mr. Alok Kumar, Senior Director, Operations (West India) at DHL Supply Chain. Drawing from his extensive experience, he shared valuable insights on the evolving digital supply chain landscape. His session emphasized the real-world impact of technology-driven solutions, global collaboration, and adaptability in building resilient and future-ready supply chains.
The event concluded with closing remarks by Prof. Raunak Joshi, who appreciated the initiative and acknowledged the collective effort behind the casebook. He emphasized the importance of integrating academic insights with industry practices and encouraged students to view the casebook as a platform for continuous learning and innovation.
